Balmoral Castle from the front. Balmoral is a gray stoned castle with four distinct building areas. The far end has a wooden door leading to a small enclosed garage like area. This has two small round towers on either side. The building continues with seven sets of windows, each set three high. There two small turrets on one end and a larger tower with a dome on the other end of this second section. Connecting this building to a larger tower is a smaller area with four sets of two window. Third, there is a large tower with four turrets and a Scottish flag flying from one of the turrets. Adjoining this tower is another section that is lower. This area is an enclosed courtyard area where the cars can pull up to load and unload people without being seen. The castle sits in front of a large Highland mountain filled with trees. in Front of the castle is a large green area bordered with trees and gardens.
